The Łączna Zoo is home to over 100 species of animals on an area of 12 hectares. It is famous in the area as Lemur World. The garden is located in the small town of Łączna near Mieroszów and about 20 km from Wałbrzych. The zoo was created to protect animals, but also as a place to relax in contact with nature.
Total Zoo is a private facility founded by Aleksander Nowaczyk and his son Marcin out of love for animals. At first, the zoo was very modest, but since it received the status of a zoo in 2012, the place began to grow and many unique species of animals appeared in it.
Total Zoo today is a real treat for animal lovers. On the map of the zoo, you will find species of predatory animals, such as tigers, wolves, lynxes or the Barbary lion, but also various types of ungulates, species from the other end of the world, such as emus or kangaroos, and many species of monkeys for which this place is famous.
Total Zoo stands out among this type of facilities with a huge space for animals, which is not so obvious in the case of zoological gardens embedded in the urban fabric.
