In other words, if an employee contributes significantly to the company's development with his outstanding, above-average activities for the company, he may receive an award. The justification for awarding an award to an employee may therefore be:

- implementation of new solutions to improve work in the company,
- proposing new services or goods that significantly expand the scope of the company's operations and bring new profits.

The Labor Code does not regulate the form and type of rewards for employees in any way. This issue is at the discretion of the employer. In a nutshell, the rewards can be divided into:
